On June 26th, at 7:30pm a presentation on "Alternatives to Microsoft Office" will be given by Bill Lefko and Ira Winter in the Regency Room. Repaving Notice

To All Concordia Residents Living on or off Cottingham Drive: As part of the Board's long term community beautification program, we are now setting our sites on re-paving Cottingham Drive. You are hereby notified that paving work is scheduled to begin on Cottingham Drive at 8:00am on April 28, 2014. Barring any unforeseen weather delays, we plan to complete this project as quickly as possible and with minimal disruption to our residents. There will, however, be some re­routing of traffic during the project and some days when the Cottingham Gate is unavailable.
