The Homeowners Association Board of Trustees has changed Rule and Regulation #232 effective 2/1/2019 as follows: If an original patio is enclosed an additional patio MAY NOT be added. All prior approved patio extensions are grandfathered in. Want an easy way to pay your monthly maintenance? Choose "EFT" Electronic Funds Transfer. Each month your checking account will be charged for your monthly maintenance. It's safer than a check, the Bank guarantee's reimbursement if an error is ever made and it saves you the cost of postage. Never suffer a penalty for a late payment.
