The results of the Ballot to remove the section of the By-Laws that refers to Delegates has passed. Delegates will no longer be part of the By-Laws.
The 2018-2019, Snow Bulletin is now available on the Residents Only section. A major change in the proposal is the amount of snowfall from 3 inches to 2 inches for plowing. Water permits to shut off water are available at the Concierge desk. The cost for a permit this year will be $40. This represents a decrease of $10. from last year. The August Open Board Meeting is now available to view on line. Go to Televised Meetings on the Residents Only Tab. If you need access to the Residents Only section fill out a request form here. Want an easy way to pay your monthly maintenance? Choose "EFT" Electronic Funds Transfer. Each month your checking account will be charged for your monthly maintenance.
